Looking for a Software Support Engineer with a minimum of 1+ years to max of 2years of experience. candidate must be tech savvy and Software Serve primarily to address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades. We are looking for candidates who have the basic knowledge of software implementation .(connecting to server, onsite implementation , remote access etc)
The candidate have to resolve customer complaints or problems and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue. The candidate might also be involved in developing and leading training classes to educate customers about our software.
